Mural to Figjam Workshop Template Conversion

State Farm’s design thinking team sought an alternate solution to host design thinking workshop boards and assets. My goal was to produce conversions of Mural workshop templates and assets in FigJam, taking into account user painpoints (Mural glitchiness, instability, lack of flexibility, etc.). I implemented an iterative plan beginning with user and company research, Mural and FigJam intensive reviews, user interviews of the design thinking team, and ending with several template conversions. This project earned the elusive title: “MigJam.” View the debrief slides here.

Reimagining Linggo’s Signup Flow

During my 2023 Fellowship with Product Space, a product management and user experience-tailored student-led organization at Vanderbilt University, I joined a student intern team on Linggo. Linggo, an assistive technology (AAC) sought alternate solutions for their signup process. I created prototypes for our A/B testing model to improve signup flow completion, one which saw users complete signup across multiple pages and another which centralized all signup on one continuous page. After prototype creation, my team and I followed up with A/B user testing and compiled low-fidelity research conclusions for Linggo to iteratively integrate into the prototype models.
